Returns
- Tenders: We do not accept returns on used or opened tenders for hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before opening or using the product. If you have any concerns or questions before purchase, feel free to contact our team for assistance.
- RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats): Due to the bespoke nature of RIBs, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once an order has been placed. Each RIB is made to order and tailored to your specific requirements. We encourage you to reach out to us prior to purchasing to ensure all details are correct and to discuss any specific needs.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We require photographic evidence of the damage along with your order details. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a suitable solution, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
