  • Tenders & Accessories: Shipping times for tenders and accessories can vary depending on our current stock levels. While we strive to maintain a wide range of products in stock, there may be occasions when certain items are temporarily out of stock. In such cases, our team will notify you with an estimated shipping date as soon as possible.
  • RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats): Due to the bespoke nature and size of RIBs, these items may require longer lead times. We highly recommend contacting us directly before placing an order to discuss availability and get an accurate delivery date for your specific RIB. Our team will work with you to provide the most accurate and up-to-date shipping information.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Orders: Once your item is ready for dispatch, delivery to the UK typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Tenders: We do not accept returns on used or opened tenders for hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before opening or using the product. If you have any concerns or questions before purchase, feel free to contact our team for assistance.
  • RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats): Due to the bespoke nature of RIBs, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once an order has been placed. Each RIB is made to order and tailored to your specific requirements. We encourage you to reach out to us prior to purchasing to ensure all details are correct and to discuss any specific needs.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We require photographic evidence of the damage along with your order details.
