Returns Policy for Ocean First Marine

At Ocean First Marine, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Returns for Tenders & Accessories

We accept returns on unused and unopened tenders and accessories. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Returns for Used or Opened Tenders & Accessories

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used or opened tenders and accessories due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please ensure you inspect your items carefully upon receipt. If you believe there is a fault with the item, please contact us immediately.

3. Returns for Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs)

RIBs are highly customised and bespoke products. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once the order has been placed. If you wish to discuss any issues or concerns about your RIB order, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or fault, as well as your order details.

In cases of damage or faults, we offer the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We can send a replacement item if available.
  • Repair: If possible, we will arrange for repairs of the damaged item.
  • Refund: If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we will issue a refund for the affected item.

5. How to Return an Item

If your return is eligible under the policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Get in touch with us via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorisation: Once we confirm your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Returns must be sent back in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  3. Shipping Costs: Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  4. Refund Processing: Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for products at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.
